Riding Footage From The 2006/2007 Season

I've put together the video I've taken over the 3 weeks of winter riding in the '06/'07 season: Avoriax, Flims/Laax and a little from the backcountry in Lenzerheide.

I'm pleased with what was taken, but I want to do more next season. I want to hit more features off-piste, and if I'm in the park I want to go a little bigger and land some smooth rotations.

You'll see at the end the first barrel rolls I attemped in Laax. That was a fun day; I think those attempted backflips set the ball in motion...

There are two tracks playing. The first is Haiti (iTunes UK / iTunes USA) by Arcade Fire and the second is I Feel It All (iTunes UK / iTunes USA) by Feist. Hope you enjoy it...

Your style is looking sicker... I get inspired watching you progress... I keep saying to myself, "I wanna ride like that!" as I watch your vids... Kudos, Gavin!!!

You guys arent the best snowboarders around. no offence. but that doesnt mean shit. Coz u got some real passion for the sport which so many could learn from u. The way u guys look at snowboarding as a fun thing and not some posing fashion shit, is really great to see for someone like me who is surrounded by posers.
Props to yall and best of luck perfecting ur skills.

Thanks norwegian snowboarder. No offense taken. Snowboarding to me is about having fun and progressing. I know I'm not a novice rider, but I don't think about being 'good' - there are way too many riders out there a lot better than me to worry about that.

As long as I feel like I'm getting better and having fun, that's cool with me. If you keep reading the blog, hopefully my video from this coming season's riding will be a little better still :)

Laters.

PS: if you wanna send some pictures of where you ride that would be cool, cheers, gav
