Hey Adam, I mostly use Adobe Premiere Pro, but I sometimes just use Windows Movie Maker...I'm putting together some information about how I do the compression - so I'll post that as soon as it's ready.Looking forward to the Helmet cam shots :-) I think I might try and get hold of one of them for next season!
